Can I upload my company Logo?
Yes, you can upload any JPEG, PNG or GIF file. If the image is greater than 350 x 150 pixels in size then eCO2 Greetings software will automatically resize it. You should try to upload the largest image possible to maximise the quality of your e card i.e. do not upload an image that is 50 x 25 pixels as eCO2 Greetings software will not upsize it and it will look slightly smaller than it deserves to be on your E Card. However, if you prefer for your logo to be smaller on the card then resize it below 350 x 150 pixels. eCO2 Greetings are happy to assist in this process.
I would like to upload multiple signatures to the E Card
Email eCO2 Greetings your PDF / JPEG of the signatures and we will place the signatures around the card for you. This adds to the authenticity of the card as if you had passed it around the office.
How do I send my Business E cards to my clients?
Most of our clients choose to send the cards themselves either from a centrally co-ordinated source or by sharing the Company E Card with all members of staff and asking them to send to their contacts.
Alternatively eCO2 Greetings will send the cards to your clients on your behalf. Following purchase we supply you with a form that allows you to customise the wording of the email and many other features. We also supply you with a file by which you supply us the emails you would like us to send the card to.

Can I supply a picture to eCO2 Greetings to create personalized Corporate E Cards?
Yes, contact us at any time to do this. Your images can be incorporated into the eCO2 Greetings product and animation added to suit your needs. This is treated as a bespoke project and subject to one off project fees.
I have purchased my E Cards but would like to make changes?
No problem. You can make unlimited changes to your design following purchase or even after your card has been sent out.
Where will our trees be planted?
Our Trees are planted accross the globe in partnership with charitable not for profit organisations specialising in tree plantations. If you would like us to source a tree plantation in a different country please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I see the E Cards prior to purchase?
Yes, you can preview your designs, you can save them and see them in your profile. You can see them in your profile following purchase. However, prior to the purchase of your E Card it isn't possible to see your E Card as if you were a recipient without specifically requesting a sample on a limited licence.
Can I send my ecards using the Marketing System our company use?
Yes. All modern Marketing Systems send HTML fomat emails which is the only criteria for our ecards.
Can we amend the wording of the Tree page?
Of course, drop us an email with your preferred wording for this page and we would be happy to amend this on your behalf.

eCO2 Greetings are often capable of uploading your font into your card at an extra cost. Please contact eCO2 Greetings if this is a requirement.
I would like to reduce the size of my logo, how do I do this?
The simplest answer is, email it to us and we will upload it to your card on your behalf. When emailing us the logo please inform us how much smaller you would like it e.g. 60% of the current size.

Do we have to pay to save a design we have worked on today?
We actively encourage all visitors to design an e card and to save it. You are under no obligation to purchase however you can return to this at any time to show colleagues and make further changes to it.
