Can I upload my company Logo?
Yes, you can upload any JPEG, PNG or GIF file. If the image is greater than 350 x 150 pixels in size then eCO2 Greetings software will automatically resize it. You should try to upload the largest image possible to maximise the quality of your e card i.e. do not upload an image that is 50 x 25 pixels as eCO2 Greetings software will not upsize it and it will look slightly smaller than it deserves to be on your E Card.
What happens after I purchase my e cards
Your E Card will be saved in your User Profile. You can edit your E Card, you can choose to send the E Card yourself or upload names and e-mail addresses for eCO2 Greetings to send on your behalf on the live date of your E Card. You are free to return to your E Card at any point so there is no reason why you cannot organise and purchase your Corporate E Cards well in advance.
How do I send my Business E cards to my clients?
Your E-Cards can be sent by yourselves. Often this is the preferred approach as your clients are familiar with receiving e-mails from you. However, eCO2 Greetings offer very user friendly tools to upload names and e-mail addresses to eCO2 Greetings website after you have purchased your Business E Cards.

Can I supply a picture to eCO2 Greetings to create personalized Corporate E Cards?
Yes, contact us at any time to do this. Your images can be incorporated into the eCO2 Greetings product and animation added to suit your needs. This is treated as a bespoke project and subject to one off project fees.
My E Card has gone live but I haven't finalised it yet
No problem. Just send us an e-mail and we will happily change your E Cards status to allow you to edit it. Then simply notify us when you are happy with the E Card.
What happens on the Live Date of my Corporate E Cards?
On the Live Date eCO2 Greetings will distribute your E Cards to your recipients if you have asked us to do so. If you have chosen to send the E Cards yourself, from the Live Date you are free to distribute them. eCO2 Greetings will even e-mail you your E Card as a reminder. It is important that you do not send the E Cards before the Live Date because the cards will not work prior to that date.
Where will our trees planted?
Our Trees are planted in various locations in the USA, Canada, UK and Australia in partnership with charitable or not for profit organisations specialising in tree plantations. If you would like us to source a tree plantation in a different country please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can I see the E Cards prior to purchase?
Yes, you can preview your designs, you can save them and see them in your profile. You can see them in your profile following purchase. However, prior to the Live Date of your E Card it isn't possible to see your E Card as if you were a recipient. However, eCO2 Greetings will happily supply you with samples to allow you to experience the same as your clients. There really will be no surprises.
