What you do
In order to begin the process, you can head to our Design an E Card page, where you will notice you’re at the start of a simple four-step system. Firstly, you will get to choose your E card theme. This will form the front page of your card, so it’s important that you think carefully about what sort of style is best for the recipients you have in mind.
You will then get to choose your background, which will be used as the insides of your card and, once you’ve selected this, you’ll have the opportunity to pick music. This is entirely optional though, so if you’d rather not add tunes, simply skip this part.
Fourthly, you’ll get to add your own wording to all pages of your card and you can also upload your logo, signatures and amend fonts.
At this point, you can preview your designs, helping to ensure you’re totally happy with the overall look of the card and with the details you’ve included.
Register for free
If you’re happy with your creation, you can register it free of charge and it’s important to bear in mind that you’re under no obligation to purchase the designs you save. This means you can create and store multiple designs to show your colleagues. You can also make unlimited changes to your saved designs.
This gives you complete creative freedom and it also takes the pressure off your choices.
Proceed to payment
Once you’re sure about the design you want to choose, you can proceed to payment and at this point, you have two options. You can either send the business ecards for Christmas
yourself or you can forward your recipient list to us.
Most of our customers go for the first option, and, if you do this, you’ll be able to send the cards from a marketing platform or from a centrally coordinated person or team. You can also forward the E cards to your staff members, who in turn can send them out to relevant contacts.
If you go for the second option, we’ll send the cards on your behalf on the dates you request with the email wording of your choice. We don’t charge for this service.
